The resident committee in this block of flats had been contemplating changing their windows for a few years.
We worked with them to come up with a solution that could be fitted from the inside that Lambeth planning would accept. We suggested the Royale putty line window and the Heritage putty line window as possible options.

YouChoose worked closely with our planning consultant to successfully obtain planning permission. The planners preferred the astragal bars on the heritage putty line windows and so this is the design we went for which was accepted. The putty line astragal bars were a good match for the original steel Georgian bars.
By designing the windows with equal sightlines we were also able to install the windows from the inside, safely and efficiently without the need for scaffolding.
I just wanted to thank you for the good work your team carried out at our flat last week. The windows are looking great and have made a massive difference to the flat. We can finally sleep in silence! We were also very impressed by the professionalism of your men, they really did take a lot of care in their work and were very polite and tidy.
