The clients in this block of flats had been contemplating changing their windows for a few years. We worked with the surveyors to come up with a solution that could be fitted from the inside that Westminster planning would accept.

They had previously wanted steel windows to replace the originals but eventually, they accepted our proposed solution with the putty line aluminium steel replacement product that looked close to the original but was thermally much more efficient.
We worked closely with our planning consultant to successfully obtain planning permission.
One of the main criteria for changing the windows in this block from the planners point of view was that the new windows would blend in and not spoil the look.
