This block of flats in Wimbledon consists of 32 separate flats and the owners formed the residents’ committee, who were keen on replacing their original steel windows with a double glazed product, which kept the traditional look of the block, but no longer had drafty old rusting windows!
They went through a lengthy tender process and we then attended the resident committee AGM meeting and presented our product, which was the stepped look aluminium steel replacement window.

We were able to offer a solution that did not require scaffolding, which was a great benefit to the owners who did not all want to change their windows together. We have now installed new windows in most of the block.
